Products and orders

Please review product descriptions, ingredient lists and directions before purchasing. Packaging appearance can vary slightly from photographs. Cosmetic results differ by person; descriptions and illustrations do not guarantee individual results.

Place orders using accurate contact and shipping details. After checkout, we send an order confirmation. If an item is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and refund any payment collected for items we cannot provide.

Prices and offers

Prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise shown. Applicable taxes and shipping charges appear at checkout before payment. Automatic duo offers apply to eligible products and quantities. One eligible duo discount applies per order; offers do not stack unless stated. The Complete Trio contains one Hydrating Serum, one Exosome & Niacinamide Serum and one Sensitive Skin Moisturiser for $110 before tax. Its $20 saving compares with the $130 total when purchased individually. Free standard shipping applies to eligible orders of $50 or more after discounts.

Shipping, cancellations and returns

Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy explain available destinations, return eligibility and support for order issues. Contact us promptly if any order detail is wrong or you wish to cancel. Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once preparation or fulfillment begins. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.

Use of our website

Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders or misuse another person's information. Alouven branding, photographs and website content may not be reproduced commercially without permission or another lawful basis.

Privacy and consumer rights

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update these terms for future purchases; the terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
