Care passed forward.

Alouven is my way of carrying a family tradition forward. I’m Annette, though everyone calls me Anne. I’m 63, a French-American from the French Riviera and a mother of two daughters. My French roots have shaped how I think about care: something we learn at home, pass between generations, and share with the people we love.

I wanted to bring that care into skincare through vegan formulas, naturally derived ingredients and products I would welcome into my own family’s routine.

I know how easy it is to put yourself last when you’re looking after the people you love. At the end of the day, even washing your face can feel like another thing to get through. I hope Alouven helps those few minutes feel like time you’ve kept for yourself. That is a tradition I want to pass on, too.
