Shipping destinations

We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and international destinations are not available at launch.

Standard shipping

Standard shipping is $5 for orders below $50 and free for orders of $50 or more. The threshold is based on your merchandise subtotal after discounts, before taxes. Available rates are confirmed at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Orders are prepared and shipped by our fulfillment partner. Processing and transit times vary with product availability and destination. Any delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Weekends, public holidays and carrier delays may extend delivery times.

Tracking and delivery issues

Tracking information is sent when your order ships. Please check your delivery address before placing an order. For an incorrect address, damaged item or missing package, contact us as soon as possible at hello@alouven.com with your order number. For damage, include photos of the item and shipping packaging where available.
